Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of placement, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a U.S. holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves our hands.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch, not after ordering. Rural addresses and carrier delays may add time.
Tracking Your Order
Every parcel carries a tracking number. Use the link in your shipping confirmation to follow it to your door. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If a tracking status shows delivered but your package has not arrived, check with neighbors and your building front desk first. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the package and item, and we will make it right.
